- Delhivery freight (B2B) LR numbers are commonly 9 digits. Our tracking partners cover parcel AWBs, so these open on Delhivery's official tracker. Delhivery waybills are commonly 13–14 digits. Other couriers also use long numeric AWBs.

Which courier has my parcel?
When you buy online, the seller chooses the courier, not you. The shipping SMS, e-mail or the order page in the shop's app names the courier next to the tracking number. If you only have the number, paste it into the tracker with Auto-detect — if the format is shared by several couriers, we'll ask you to pick.
Sending a parcel yourself?
Check these on each courier's official website before you book:
- Does it deliver to the destination PIN code?
- The delivery estimate for your route and service
- The price for your parcel's actual and volumetric weight
- Cover for loss or damage (declared value or insurance)
- Pickup from your address, or drop-off at a counter

Ekart
Tracking IDs often start with FMPC or FMPP
Ekart tracking IDs commonly begin with FMPC or FMPP followed by digits. Your Flipkart order ID (which usually starts with “OD”) is a different number.
