About CheckMyOrder

CheckMyOrder is a free tool for one everyday problem: you have a tracking number and want to know where your parcel is — without working out which courier website to use.

How we work

Show real data, or say we don't have it: Every result names its source and when it was fetched. If we can't get live data for a courier, we send you to the official tracker instead of guessing.
Collect as little as possible: No accounts for tracking, no names or phone numbers. Logs keep masked numbers, and cached results expire within hours.
Use authorised data sources only: We use couriers' official APIs and authorised data providers. We don't scrape couriers' websites or get around CAPTCHAs and access controls.
Write help content for people, not search engines: Guides are fact-checked by a person before publishing, list their sources and show when they were last reviewed.

Independent

CheckMyOrder isn't owned by, affiliated with or paid by any courier or shop. That also means we can't change deliveries or handle claims — for those, contact the courier or the seller.
