Terms of use
Draft pending legal review. This page describes how CheckMyOrder works today, but it has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.
These terms apply to your use of CheckMyOrder, a free parcel-tracking website operated by the operator of this website. By using CheckMyOrder, you agree to them.
What CheckMyOrder does
CheckMyOrder helps you find information about a parcel using its tracking number. Where we have an authorised data source we show the status reported by that source; otherwise we link you to the courier's official tracker.
Independence
CheckMyOrder is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any courier, postal service or marketplace named on the site. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify their services.
Accuracy and availability
Tracking information comes from couriers and third-party providers. It may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and services may be unavailable at times. We show where each result came from and when it was fetched, but we can't guarantee that any information is accurate, complete or current. Estimated delivery dates, when shown, are the courier's estimates — not promises.
What we can't do
We can't change deliveries, collect or return parcels, process refunds, or handle claims or complaints about couriers or sellers. Contact the courier or the seller for those.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use automated tools to send large numbers of requests, scrape the site, or resell or republish tracking results;
- try to get around rate limits, security measures or access controls;
- look up tracking numbers you have no legitimate reason to check;
- use CheckMyOrder for anything unlawful.
We may limit or block access that we reasonably believe breaks these rules or harms the service.
Liability
CheckMyOrder is provided free of charge and "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the information shown — including loss of, damage to or delay of any parcel. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms; the latest version will always be on this page.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. [Jurisdiction to be confirmed during legal review.]
