What each label means
- Live status
- We fetch the shipment's status and scan history from the courier's official API or from an authorised tracking-data provider, and show where the data came from and when it was fetched. Results may be cached for a few minutes (longer once delivered) to protect couriers' systems.
- Official tracker link
- We don't fetch status for this courier. We check the number format, copy the number for you and link to the courier's own tracking page. We never scrape couriers' websites or get around CAPTCHAs.
- Not supported yet
- We have no data source and no verified official tracker for this courier.
What “live” doesn't mean
- It isn't GPS tracking. Couriers record scans at pickup, at hubs, when a parcel goes out for delivery and on delivery.
- It can lag behind reality. Couriers sometimes upload scans hours later.
- It isn't a delivery promise. Estimated delivery dates are shown only when the courier provides one.
- We can't act on your shipment. For changes, claims or complaints, contact the courier or the seller.
