Trackon calls it the AWB number, consignment number.
- On the booking receipt from the Trackon counter.
- In the shipping SMS or email from the sender.
Tips and common problems
New bookings
A freshly booked parcel may show no updates until it is scanned at the first Trackon hub. Check again later in the day.
What CheckMyOrder can't do
- Change your delivery address, reschedule delivery or arrange returns — contact Trackon or the seller.
- Show more detail than Trackon publishes. Couriers record scans at hubs and on delivery, not continuous GPS location.
