Track a Flipkart order
Most Flipkart orders are delivered by Ekart, Flipkart's logistics company. The tracking ID is shown in the order details once the item ships.
Flipkart order IDs look like OD followed by digits (for example OD1234567890123456). They can't be tracked on courier websites or on CheckMyOrder.

How to find the tracking number
- Open the Flipkart app and go to My Orders.
- Open the order and look at the delivery details for the courier and tracking ID.
- Copy the tracking ID and paste it into the tracker on this page.
Couriers that may deliver Flipkart orders
Couriers vary by seller, product and location. The order details always name the courier for your parcel.

Some delivery details, like the delivery agent's contact, are only available inside the Flipkart app.
Common problems
Order stuck at the same status
Gaps of a day or two between hub scans are common. If nothing changes for several days, contact Flipkart from the order page.
Delivery needs an OTP
Flipkart may require an OTP for some deliveries. Only share it with the delivery agent when you have the parcel in hand.

Why doesn't my Flipkart order ID work on courier websites?
The OD… number is Flipkart's internal order ID. Couriers track parcels by their own tracking IDs.
