Track an order from an online store

Independent online stores — Shopify sites, Instagram and WhatsApp sellers — usually book shipments themselves with a courier or a shipping aggregator. You need the courier name and AWB from the seller.

Shopify & independent stores order IDs look like Often #1001 style numbers on Shopify stores — these are not tracking numbers. They can't be tracked on courier websites or on CheckMyOrder.

How to find the tracking number

  1. Check the shipping confirmation email or SMS from the store — Shopify stores usually send one with a tracking number when the order is fulfilled.
  2. If you didn't get one, ask the seller for the courier name and AWB number.
  3. Paste the AWB into the tracker on this page and choose the courier if asked.

Couriers vary by seller, product and location. The order details always name the courier for your parcel.

Shipping aggregators may send you their own tracking link; the courier's AWB still works on the courier's official tracker.

Common problems

The seller won't share a tracking number

A genuine seller who has shipped your order can always tell you the courier and AWB. Be cautious if a seller avoids sharing it or asks for extra payments to release a parcel.

No. Order numbers like #1001 belong to the store. Ask the store for the courier's tracking number.
