Track an Amazon.in order
Amazon.in shows tracking inside Your Orders. If you want to follow a parcel outside the app, you need the shipment's tracking ID — not the Amazon order ID.
Amazon order IDs look like 403-1234567-1234567 (three groups of digits). They can't be tracked on courier websites or on CheckMyOrder.

Couriers that may deliver Amazon orders
Couriers vary by seller, product and location. The order details always name the courier for your parcel.

Orders delivered by Amazon's own network are best tracked in the Amazon app, which shows delivery-day details that outside trackers may not.
Common problems
No tracking ID yet
The order hasn't shipped. The tracking ID appears in Track package once the seller hands it to a courier.
Delivered but not received
Report it from the order page in the Amazon app as soon as possible so it is recorded within Amazon's reporting window.
Amazon tracking FAQs
Can I track my Amazon order with the order number?
Only inside Amazon. Couriers and CheckMyOrder can't look up Amazon order numbers; use the tracking ID from Track package.
What is a TBA number?
A tracking ID for parcels delivered by Amazon's own logistics network. It starts with TBA followed by digits.
CheckMyOrder is not affiliated with Amazon. For cancellations, refunds, returns or delivery complaints, contact Amazon support from your order page.
