Track a Meesho order

Meesho sellers ship through several courier partners, so the first step is finding out which courier has your parcel. The Meesho app shows the courier and tracking number after dispatch.

How to find the tracking number

Open the Meesho app and go to My Orders.
Choose the order and open its tracking details.
Note the courier name and copy the AWB / tracking number.
Paste the number into the tracker on this page and, if asked, choose the courier shown in the app.

Couriers that may deliver Meesho orders

Couriers vary by seller, product and location. The order details always name the courier for your parcel.

Many Meesho orders are delivered by Valmo, Meesho's own logistics network. The Meesho app always shows the latest status for those orders.

Common problems

The courier isn't named

If the app shows a tracking number but no courier, paste the number with Auto-detect. If several couriers match, try each suggestion.

Order returned (RTO)

RTO means the parcel is going back to the seller, often after failed delivery attempts. Check the app for refund or reorder options.

Can I track a Meesho order without the app?

Yes, if you have the courier tracking number from the shipping SMS. Paste it into CheckMyOrder or the courier's official tracker.
