Quick answer Valmo is Meesho's own logistics network. To track a Valmo parcel, open the Meesho app → My Orders → your order — the status and the courier's tracking ID are shown there. You can also paste that tracking ID into the CheckMyOrder tracker and choose Valmo from the courier list.

What is Valmo?
Valmo is a logistics platform built by Meesho. Instead of one big courier company, it connects many local delivery partners — pickup, sorting and last-mile businesses — to move Meesho orders at low cost. So if your order page says Valmo, your parcel is travelling through Meesho's own network, and the person who delivers it may work for a local partner.

Where to find the Valmo tracking ID
- Open the Meesho app and go to My Orders.
- Tap the order. You'll see its current status and the courier name — for example Valmo.
- Copy the tracking ID shown with the courier name. Don't use the order ID — that belongs to Meesho, not the courier, so courier trackers can't find it.
- The shipping SMS for your order may also include the tracking ID or a tracking link.
How to track a Valmo parcel on CheckMyOrder
- Paste the tracking ID into the CheckMyOrder tracker.
- In Courier, choose Valmo. Valmo tracking IDs don't follow a published format, so we can't recognise them automatically — picking Valmo yourself sends the number to the right place.
- Tap Track parcel. You'll see the latest status and scan history where available, always with the time of the last update and a link to Valmo's page.

Valmo tracking not updating? What to do
- No tracking ID yet: the order probably hasn't shipped. Check again after the seller dispatches it.
- Stuck for 2–3 days: a status only changes when the parcel is scanned at a hub, so short gaps are normal. If nothing moves for 2–3 days or the expected date passes, open the order in the Meesho app and use Help to contact support.
- Delivery attempt missed: ask for another attempt from the order's Help section in the Meesho app.
- "Delivered" but you didn't get it: check with family, neighbours or the security desk, then report it to Meesho from the order page as soon as possible.
- Tracking ID shows "not found": new shipments can take up to a day to appear. Check you copied the tracking ID (not the order ID) and that Valmo is selected. More fixes: tracking number not working?
Watch out for fake "Meesho parcel" messages
Scam SMS often say a Meesho or courier parcel is on hold and ask for a small fee or an address update through a link. Don't tap the link and never share an OTP.
