Where to find your Ekart tracking number
Ekart calls it the tracking ID, shipment ID.
- In the Flipkart or Shopsy app, open the order and look for the courier and tracking ID in the order details.
- Check the shipping SMS for the tracking ID.

Tips and common problems
Tracking IDs often start with FMPC or FMPP
Ekart tracking IDs commonly begin with FMPC or FMPP followed by digits. Your Flipkart order ID (which usually starts with “OD”) is a different number.
Some orders use other couriers
Flipkart sometimes ships through partner couriers. If the app names a different courier, track the number with that courier.
What CheckMyOrder can't do
- Change your delivery address, reschedule delivery or arrange returns — contact Ekart or the seller.
- Show more detail than Ekart publishes. Couriers record scans at hubs and on delivery, not continuous GPS location.
- Speak for Ekart. CheckMyOrder is independent and not affiliated with Ekart.
Ekart tracking FAQs
Can I track a Flipkart order with the order ID (OD…)?
Not on CheckMyOrder or a courier tracker. The order ID only works inside Flipkart. Use the Ekart tracking ID from the order details.
Why is my Ekart tracking stuck?
Updates appear when the parcel is scanned at a hub. Long gaps can happen between distant hubs. If nothing changes for several days, contact Flipkart support from the order page.
