Disclaimer

Draft pending legal review. This page describes how CheckMyOrder works today, but it has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.

Independent service

CheckMyOrder is an independent parcel-tracking tool. It is not owned by, affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any courier, postal service or online marketplace, including those named on this site. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the services they describe.

Where tracking data comes from

When a result is marked Live or Recently fetched, the information comes from the courier's official API or from an authorised tracking-data provider, as reported at the time shown. When a courier is marked Official tracker link, we don't fetch its data — we link you to the courier's own website.

We don't invent, predict or edit tracking events. If a courier reports something wrong or late, CheckMyOrder will show the same thing.

Test data

In development and test environments, a clearly labelled mock provider generates sample results. Those results are always marked Test data — not a real shipment and are disabled on the live site.
