Where to find your DTDC tracking number
DTDC calls it the consignment number, AWB number, reference number.
- If you booked the parcel at a DTDC counter, the consignment number is on your receipt.
- For online orders, check the seller's dispatch SMS or the order page in the shopping app.
- On the parcel, the consignment number is printed on the DTDC label.

Many DTDC consignment numbers are one letter followed by eight digits (for example D12345678). Formats vary by service.
Booked at a franchise counter
Parcels booked at a franchise may take a little longer to show their first scan while they are moved to a DTDC hub.
What CheckMyOrder can't do
- Change your delivery address, reschedule delivery or arrange returns — contact DTDC or the seller.
- Show more detail than DTDC publishes. Couriers record scans at hubs and on delivery, not continuous GPS location.

Why does my DTDC number show no result?
Check the number on your receipt carefully (letters and digits can look alike), and wait for the first scan after booking. If it still shows nothing after a day, contact the counter where you booked it.
Can I track a DTDC parcel with my phone number?
Not on CheckMyOrder. Use the consignment number from your receipt or the seller's message.
