Delhivery tracking
Delhivery carries parcels for many Indian online shops, from small sellers to large marketplaces. Paste your Delhivery AWB (waybill) number below to check its status.
CheckMyOrder shows live Delhivery status from authorised tracking-data providers (Ship24, 17TRACK). If that source doesn't respond, we link you to Delhivery's official tracker.

Where to find your Delhivery tracking number
Delhivery calls it the AWB number, waybill number, tracking ID.
- Open the shipping SMS or email from the seller or Delhivery — the AWB is usually shown next to a tracking link.
- In the shopping app, open the order and look for “Tracking ID” or “AWB” under the courier name.
- On the parcel label the AWB is printed above or below the barcode.
Delhivery number formats we recognise
Common patterns, not an official specification. If a number could belong to several couriers, CheckMyOrder asks you to choose.
| Pattern | How sure we are | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| ^\d{13,14}$ | Common length — shared with other couriers | Delhivery waybills are commonly 13–14 digits. Other couriers also use long numeric AWBs. |
Tips and common problems
Delhivery also handles former Ecom Express shipments
Delhivery completed its acquisition of Ecom Express in 2025. If your message mentions Ecom Express, try Delhivery's official tracker as well.
Order ID or phone number lookups
Delhivery's own tracker offers more ways to search (for example by order ID or mobile number for some shipments). CheckMyOrder only looks up AWB numbers.
No updates after booking
A new AWB may show no scans until Delhivery picks the parcel up from the seller. Check again after 24 hours.
What CheckMyOrder can't do
- Change your delivery address, reschedule delivery or arrange returns — contact Delhivery or the seller.
- Show more detail than Delhivery publishes. Couriers record scans at hubs and on delivery, not continuous GPS location.
- Speak for Delhivery. CheckMyOrder is independent and not affiliated with Delhivery.
Delhivery tracking FAQs
How many digits is a Delhivery AWB number?
Delhivery AWBs are usually long numeric codes (commonly 13–14 digits). Other couriers use similar lengths, so CheckMyOrder may ask you to confirm the courier.
My Delhivery parcel shows “RTO”. What does that mean?
RTO means “return to origin”: the parcel is going back to the seller, usually after failed delivery attempts or a cancellation. Contact the seller if you still want the item.
Can CheckMyOrder change my delivery address or reschedule delivery?
No. CheckMyOrder only shows tracking status. Use Delhivery's official website or contact the seller to change delivery details.
