AJIO ships orders through courier partners. The courier name and AWB appear in the order details after dispatch.

How to find the tracking number
- Open the AJIO app or website and go to My Orders.
- Open the order and look for the tracking details.
- Copy the AWB number and paste it here.
Couriers that may deliver AJIO orders
Couriers vary by seller, product and location. The order details always name the courier for your parcel.

If no AWB is shown, the order may not have shipped yet.
Common problems
Tracking link opens but shows nothing
New shipments may take up to a day to show their first scan. Try again later or check with AJIO support.
