Tips and common problems
Long numeric AWBs
XpressBees AWBs are usually long numbers. Because several couriers use similar lengths, choose XpressBees in the courier list if asked.
What CheckMyOrder can't do
- Change your delivery address, reschedule delivery or arrange returns — contact XpressBees or the seller.
- Show more detail than XpressBees publishes. Couriers record scans at hubs and on delivery, not continuous GPS location.
- Speak for XpressBees. CheckMyOrder is independent and not affiliated with XpressBees.
