Delays & delivery problems
Parcel Shows Delivered but Not Received: What to Do
A 'delivered' status with no parcel is stressful. Work through these steps in order — the first hours matter.

First, check the obvious places
- Family members, flatmates or anyone else at the address
- Building security, reception or a society gate
- Neighbours, especially if the agent couldn't reach you
- Your door, letterbox, or a safe spot the agent might have used
Read the tracking details
Open the full timeline. Note the time of the delivered scan and any remarks such as a name, "delivered to security" or a photo or OTP reference. If the delivered scan came soon after out-for-delivery and nobody received it, mention this when you complain.
Contact the courier
Give the courier your AWB number, the delivered time and what you found. Ask them to check the agent's GPS location, proof-of-delivery photo or OTP record.
Contact the seller or marketplace — quickly
Use your order ID. Most shops have a short window for reporting a missing delivery, and the seller is usually the one who raises the claim with the courier. Report it in the app's help section so there's a written record.
Keep evidence
Save screenshots of the tracking timeline, the order, and every message with the courier and seller.
If it isn't resolved
If the seller doesn't resolve a genuine complaint, you can register a grievance with the National Consumer Helpline — online at consumerhelpline.gov.in, or by calling the toll-free number 1915 (or 1800-11-4000).
