Track a Apollo 24|7 order

Apollo 24|7 shows tracking inside your orders. To follow a parcel outside the app, you need the courier's tracking number (AWB) — not the Apollo 24|7 order ID.

Track your Apollo 24|7 parcel

AWB, waybill, consignment or tracking ID — not your shop's order ID.

How to find the tracking number

  1. Open the Apollo 24|7 app or website and go to your orders (usually under Account or Profile).
  2. Choose the order and open its tracking or shipment details.
  3. Note the courier name and copy the AWB / tracking number shown with it (it also appears in the shipping SMS or email).
  4. Paste the number into the tracker on this page and, if asked, choose the courier shown in the app.

    Common problems

    No tracking number yet

The order hasn't been handed to a courier. The tracking number appears in the order details once it ships.

    Tracking number shows no updates

New shipments can take up to 24 hours to appear on the courier's tracker. Check the number for typos and try the courier's official tracker.

    Delivered but not received

Report it from the order page in Apollo 24|7 as soon as possible — shops usually have a short window for delivery complaints.
